Panasonic DVDS500EBK

Purchased as a gift for a self-confessed IT Luddite so I am unable to comment on installation and performance. However, based on the positive comments here I am not expecting any issues. Super fast dispatch but parcel was left by our gate, in full view of road and ... in the rain. This was baffling considering we have a fully enclosed and secure porch which was accessed by courier to post delivery note through front door!

recieved in good condition, well packaged and boxed. Just set up and all seems to be working fine, easy to imstall 5 mins with scart lead (not supplied) picture quality is decent and sound. For the money you can't go wrong, providing it keeps going for a year or two!.

Reading the positive reviews here prior to purchase, I decided to go with this DVD Player. Made by Panasonic it is offers both quality and reliability and very good value for the price. The only bug is I bought the HDMI Cable as well, on connecting as per instruction's there was no plug for this cable in this player it was for another model, so annoying when they do this. I wanted a simple DVD player and started off by purchasing the Sony DVPSR760 from a competitor. I was very disappointed and returned the item. So, more searching.
