Love. Only criticism is the plastic handle and temperature / on off knob as it cheapens the product. Also the join at the back of the metal blue casing bulges and could be neater. As it matches my other kitchen items and it does what it says on the tin I've kept it. Hence the 3 stars or would be 5. Love using it and a great little product. Just needs a better quality finish and not plastic handles and knobs
