Rating faulty basket difficult to use.
Review by Elizabeth Gulliver on September 6, 2018The fryer appears to be of good quality and the instructions are simple to use. The main issue with the unit is that you can not operate the basket correctly, now it might be that the basket is faulty but we can not lift the basket out of the oil safely. What disappoints me is that I have contacted Russell Hobbs through their website and they have not responded at all. Subsequently we are unable to use the fryer. -
