hi everyone i purchase this machine less than a month ago and actually it was fine i kind of like it but lately i find coffee bits in my cup. At first i thought it's because i used the aroma/flavor button but even when i leave it on normal still have coffee bits in my cup. does anyone knows what going on? is that a default? thank you I hope customer service answer about this problem because i really like the machine

Makes a lovely cup of coffee. Easy to load coffee and put water in.

Filter is removable and easily cleanable.

Only thing is that I use the carafe to measure cups of coffee but if I put in '6' cups only get about 3 out of it. That's possibly because I drink out of a mug and it has a greater volume.

Loved coming down in the morning to a freshly ground and brewed cup of coffee, great start to the day

I was looking for that fresh ground taste from my coffee. I wanted to be able to have it ready and waiting when I got up early each morning.
I was hoping to achieve it by not having to spend £000s of pounds.
This is a very good little machine that gives me that freshly ground coffee taste I was after every morning. And for on £55.

I have been using it since i got it. The machine is so elegant with modern design ,good packaging and fast performance. However grinder is not sharp enough and the jug quality and the plastic handle is so poor almost broke it.

This product is pretty poor. I have given it a serious shot and cleaned it according to instructions a number of times. However, whether with coffee beans or ground coffee, it ALWAYS lets ground through into the coffee pot. Lately it has also started leaking when making coffee. The taste of the coffee, apart from the grounds, is OK but hardly as good as it should be when using high quality coffee beans. The filter is awkward and fiddly to clear and the cap in the lid over the coffee filter is poorly...

Absolutely unusable and not fit for purpose. After very, very many flushings with water before even using coffee the taste and smell of the water in the carafe was terrible, smelling strongly of plastic and tasting very bitter. The inside of the cold water holding tank also had a very potent plastic smell. The tap water used, both cold and boiled, was perfectly satisfactory.
We had two of these and both produced the same result. Part of the plastic used in the machine is leaching into the water. Was...
