Second one of these that I've had, the first lasted 3 years and was still going strong but limescale was starting to set in (I lived in a very hard water area).
I've become so use to making tea this way now that I don't think I could ever go back to a normal kettle. Pours the perfect amount every time, I can get the mug ready, press the button and come back in 30 seconds and job done.

Purchased this for my mother, does exactly what it says, very happy with it. Very easy to fill, lifts off the base just like a kettle.

Excellent kettle as a mum of 4 Very good for making tea and coffee quickly whilst on the go :) Also perfect for my 10yr old daughter who can now make me cups of tea :))))

Good, but the measurement of water is far too small i think and i have to have a small plastic jug at hand to top up my drinks

Bought this based on the massive number of positive reviews, but I must be missing something.

I admit, if all you ever do is require a cup of tea/coffee with exactly the same measurement of hot water then it's fine. However what about if you need a pan of water for boiling something? Do you decent cup fills into a larger pan etc.

Sorry, but for me, the kettle is still king.

So convenient and easy to use. beats the kettle every time, and boils so quickly. So it must be economic as well. Also looks good and very stylish and has been commented on by many a visitor to the Kitchen.

Suffers badly from arthritus and is finding it increasingly difficult to pick up kettles..she is loving this one)..im a complete tea lover and this kettle is just perfect..a real workhorse..

I like it. The water section is quite small. That is the only reason I didn't rate it 5 because in our house its always being used.

Really impressed with this it's just a shame it didn't have a filter and variable dispenser. Bought a machine with variable water dispenser and filter but this little gem beats it hands down and have just bought a second one as a present.

This is very good product in many ways. It does exactly what it claims: you press the button and it dispenses what for me is almost exactly the right amount of boiling water into a mug or cup. It fills like a kettle and once full dispenses five cups. It is quick, efficient and extremely simple to use, and only boils the water needed for a single cup.

Two things I wasn’t so keen on:
1. It is larger than I expected. I thought it would be a compact device as it only dispenses one...
