Review by Tony Rainford on February 17, 2015I didn't buy this hob from Amazon, but from a local appliance shop who also fitted it on 20/1/2012.
It had a 2 year guarantee.
Around May 2013 it cracked and was replaced F.O.C. by Beko's agent company. Their job number was 1377194.
In August 2013 it cracked again. Beko's agent company fitted a new one F.O.C. on 20th August 2013 under job number 1386462.
In January 2015 it cracked again - 17 months after replacement. So that's 3 hobs in 3 years, all of which have cracked.

Review by M Wall on October 14, 2013Beko seem to be attracting some very good product reviews, but beware, if anything goes wrong with your product, don't expect help from Beko. My hob didn't work from day one, nearly three weeks later, countless phone calls & emails, I still haven't got a hob that works. When you ring Beko, the operator will put you through to the wrong dept or leave you hanging on the line, emails, they are just ignore.
So think twice when buying Beko. -

Review by pattyann "patraine" on December 21, 2011We bought this ceramic hob to replace one we had for 20 years.We were a bit apprehensive as this was quite cheap,but we needn't have worried as this hob is fantastic.There are no knobs to have to clean around in fact there are no nooks and crannies,everything is controlled by touching the hob itself,fabulous for me as I have arthritis in my thumb.It also cleans easily with Hob brite cleaner. -
