I cannot stop looking at them sparkly windows as we do have alot of glass and windows. One flaw is when attaching the accessories was fidely but wmno problem with the price and visible results. No vinegar no chems required. Order arrived quickly A+++ -

Review by Amazon Customer on May 25, 2017I have used this a dozen times over the past 5 months to clean the floor in one room and the steam has lost its power already - like a steam iron that doesn't steam! I have followed all the instructions for cleaning the holes etc. but it has just lost its 'puff power'. Disappointed as I have used it so little. -

The only niggle I have is that it only came with x1 removeable material cover.
It can get dirty fairly quickly, so will have to buy more if you plan to do lots of floors -
