Yamaha nsf51

Only had these for a couple of days so not totally run in yet but so far they sound amazing. They seem very solid and well built with fairly thick chipboard laminate wood. Also reassuringly weighty so won't be too easy for my 4 year old to knock over. Hooked up to my yamaha av receiver as front speakers on my 5.1 system. Music sounds great, films are also amazing. Got the ns-p51 centre and surround speakers coming too so expect movies in 5.1 will be even better then.

Purchased these for my son for Xmas. Helped him wire them up to a 60 watt RMS amplifier via good oxygen free cables and both of us are so so impressed by the quality. Just fantastic speakers at a good price, good delivery, well packaged. Speakers are not just a good weight they sound fantastic on bass and mid-range with good clean sound from the tweeters. Not an audiophile out there would disagree for the sweet price.

I love these speakers I was amazed the first time I heard them, I was going to purchase a second-hand pair from eBay but when I saw the modest price being asked for a new pair I started reading the reviews and I have not been sorry.

Great sounding speakers, can't complain about the build. However a word to the wise. If these are delivered by DPD make sure you check the packaging. The box had clearly been either kicked or punched, fortunately no damage done to the gear. I had a TEAC cd player delivered by the same company hole in the side of the main box clearly done by a fist, again no damage to the gear.
