Purchased these phones to replace my old Panasonic phones which I have had for about 10 years. I found the manual to set-up the phones poor, more complicated than need be. The cradles of these phones are poor just a slight indentation. I should have stuck with my previous colour ,silver as it easier to see in low light. The price was good but apart from that very disappointing.

purchased this for my mum to replace her older, 2 cordless handsets. the screen is good and big for her to see the numbers and with it being the same brand she was able to navigate the menus without much of a learning curve. bargain.

A few of disappointments... cannot copy numbers from 'number storage book' from first to second phone, numbers have to be entered again. Ring not as loud as old Panasonic even with volume at top of range. Cannot hang second phone base on wall, ( as my old Panasonic), this one has to be kept on a flat surface. Only 50 number memory.

Should have read the small print-only 50 numbers can be stored.Feels flimsy after my BT phone which died after 10 years. However easy to set up,pleasant ring sound and number blocking an advantage.

Worked out of the box - will probably do all sorts of things I am unaware of, but as a two phone kit it is very good!

Nice clear ring tone (variable in tune, sound and volume) and clear reception. Callers have said that we are clear to them, too. The range is fine for a larger than average three bedroom house, the units work remotely with good signal at the furthest extremes and through several walls. The read-out is clear and the buttons are a good size and easy to use. The hand'sets are also tactile and attractive in appearance. The menus need to be explored on setting up to your taste, but it is easy to 're-set'...
