Hermes delivery total rubbish

Ordered on the 6th Nov. 2018. Amazon stated delivery on 9th Then the 8th . Then 8th-13th. Then delayed by "external Factors" at Dundee. Finally placed outside our door when we were at home on the evening of the 8th. & lay out in the rain all night. Hermes couldn't be bothered even to ring the door bell. This is by far the worst Amazon service experience ever but typical of our experience with Hermes - every bit as bad as Yodel. I just hope that the microwave itself is OK & operates as it should.
