Review by Amazon Customer on May 5, 2017Control doesn't work. I've owned these for 12 hours. Out of the box, they were fine and the mic/controller worked perfectly. On second use, the mic/control is dead. Completely disappointed. I've always been a Sony fan (since the 80s) but it seems like their quality has become poor. Many other reviews agree with this. Avoid. -

Review by C. R. Williams on September 23, 2016Purchased September 2016, I'm writing this update to my original review below 3rd December 2017, so I've been using these for over 14 months every day and they are still going strong. Excellent quality!
I love the way the ear buds are angled to fit in the ear comfortably and don’t full out. The sound quality is really good as you would expect from Sony and the pause button on the cable is useful.
I'm using the earphones with the new ipod nano as I didn't like the earphones provided. -
