disappointed. Not very powerful at all. Had to keep going over parts of carpet over and over again to pick bits up. However it did work better on the hard kitchen floor better than the carpet. It's not worth the money in my opinion. I'll have to buy another make and model now as it would take forever to hoover the whole house with this hoover.

Excellent at picking up long dog hair from carpet. Our Bearded collie sheds more than our other dogs combined and her long hair frequently clogged up our Dyson Animal. The Vax picked up all of her ingrained hair from the carpet without needing to go over and over the same spot and I didn’t have to unclog the machine once! Delighted with my purchase and would highly recommend to any pet owners struggling with their current machines.
