Works very good and produces loads of steam. Lots of accessories which I have not used yet. Seems much better than the last two cheap ones I purchased from Argos which stopped working within 2 or 3 months.

I dont know why but I can not get these machines to last longer than a year. Its certainly isn't over use as I only use it once or twice a week in the kitchen and bathroom. The fact that the handle crashes to the ground often can't help as there's no real support to keep it upright and it slips down if you rest it against the wall. The 3 stars are given because when it works it's good but I'm going to try another make.

There seems to be a lot more truth in the 1 and 2 star reviews than in the glowing 5 star reviews. I purchased this on the basis of the glowing reviews and wish I had not. I have tested out on floors, shower, oven racks, kitchen tiles etc over three weekends.

Forget it for floors – just use a mop or get down on knees with a cloth.
Handheld steamer – it is incredibly heavy, difficult to hold with one hand, and for it to work you have to hold in a button on the hand held unit...

This has worked well and I keep thinking of where to use it next. Cleaned the oven and the kitchen floor do far and have freshened two sets of curtains. Easy to use with lots of attatchmens.

Love It. Don't know how on earth we managed without it. We recently moved into a flat that had been occupied by an elderly woman with mobility issues before us. I bought this for ?69.00 - the price seems to fluctuate a lot so if you aren't desperate for a steam mop keep checking. At that price I consider this pretty good value for money, though do wonder how much more it will end up going down in price in future.

We have five cats which walk in from the garden outside a fair amount of mud. The steam mop has been so easy to use and has brought up my Rhino floor beautifully. It is easy to assemble and use. At present, although I am using the detergent, there is little or no smell of citrus coming from its use, had I known I would have gone for the Pet detergent.

I would definitely recommend the Coral mop heads as the floor is dry immediately and it seems to get into the grout of our conservatory tiles and...
