Review by Amazon Customer on November 21, 2016I think genuine fridge filter (all filters actually) are expensive but i have no idea what the manufacture process or cost is so just like the cost of razor blades they seem a lot of money for what they actually guarantee (read the instructions, all filters really only filter out some elements). I received them very quickly, all the instructions are comprehensive & clear. packaging was good. I give them 5 stars because I have no complaint. -
