The mains chord was rather short, and BLACK - on a white appliance! The keys on the keypad don't move - so there is no tactile feedback, much worse than the old model. It is very powerful and OK otherwise.

I did quite a bit of research before deciding on this particular model. We wanted black so I suppose our choice was a little limited. Our previous one was a large capacity model ansd so I didn't feel I could go down to a 20L.

At 25L there is plenty of room inside for a large dinner plate. It is very easy to use - a basic microwave for defrosting, reheating etc. It is much more efficient than my old one - would highly recommend!

We have had this Sharp R270 microwave for a few months and are delighted with it. It is well finished and its muted silver finish blends into our kitchen very well. The category E power rating puts it in the top category for a domestic microwave. The interior is finished in a cream enamel.
